  • Assist Global HSE Manager on a daily basis with administrative functions, such as setting up meetings with various individuals, departments and/or third party companies.
  •  Perform administrative duties such as typing memos, taking meeting minutes, and distributing aforementioned to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain safety data, keeping the databases up to date.
  • Create monthly company safety data reports; monthly and quarterly safety statistics.
  • Maintain hazard ID tracking and monthly reports.
  • Admin support as required to HSE department.
  • Responsible for company's document control
  • Communicating for changes and or updates of documents
  • Distribute company's documents to the  authorized department
  • Ensuring document control procedures and records running well
  • Monitoring records / related records from all departments
  • Socializing of document control systems  and records to all employees
  • Maximum age 30 years
  • Minimum D3 from any majors
  • Have 2 years experiences in the same position.
  • Able to operate Ms. Office, Adobe
  • Knowing about the Internal Audit ISO, QMS Management System
  • Able to speak English at least passive
