- Maintaining relationship with customer
- Creating a proposal based on customer requirement and able to do a presentation
- Maintain good relationship with existing customer by providing attention, services and good communication
- Responsible to handle and manage all customers under his/her responsibility
- Provide document related with the sales and price
- Manage document and other job related to the sales activity
- follow up questions / requests of customers about apartment units or houses offered
- Maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Linguistic / Languages, Education .
- Well organized, result oriented, able to work independently as well as team player
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation Skills
- Mostly Dealing with Expatriates
- Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated
- Fluently in English both written and Spoken is a must and able to Speak Japanese is an advantage
