    Job Description
    • Integrated and standardized HR Policies & Practices in Business Unit
    • Implementing the HR Corporate Project
    • Establishing ¬†employee communication
    • Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyze trends HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
     
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Management or Psychology
    • Experience in Trading or Manufacturing is preferable
    • Minimum 10 years experience, with minimum 3 years in the Managerial Position
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource discipline such as organizational development, employee and union relations, performance management, and laws
    • Good English proficiency, both oral and written

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent consulting skills
    • Strong conflict management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Manage multiple business units in multiple locations.
    • Take initiative to identify and anticipate company needs and make recommendations for implementation
