Job Description
- Integrated and standardized HR Policies & Practices in Business Unit
- Implementing the HR Corporate Project
- Establishing employee communication
- Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyze trends HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Law, Management or Psychology
- Experience in Trading or Manufacturing is preferable
- Minimum 10 years experience, with minimum 3 years in the Managerial Position
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource discipline such as organizational development, employee and union relations, performance management, and laws
- Good English proficiency, both oral and written
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent consulting skills
- Strong conflict management skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Manage multiple business units in multiple locations.
- Take initiative to identify and anticipate company needs and make recommendations for implementation
