    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    A Community Manager is the face of a company, managing communications in both directions. This digital-savvy employee is responsible for all communications. PR, social media, events, and content creation, among other things

    Responsibilities :
    • Planning social content through community building i,e organizing events and partnership collaborations with supporting service providers ie internet service┬áprovider, maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging
    • Working alongside the marketing team to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications
    • Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms
    • Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
    • Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community
    • Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy
    • Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community

    Requirements :
    • Undergraduate
    • Self-starter able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Good understanding of IT businesses and products, related work experience is plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently efficiently and productively
    • Professional dedication, willing and capable of presenting creative ideas, strong learning capacity and highly collaborative
    • Dealing with new and different challenges You embrace change and can get things done under pressure and with limited resources
    • Easily adaptable to the emotion and tone Able to defuse tensions and deal with sensitive situations without losing your composure
    • Passionate about entrepreneurship
    • Prior experience in Tech startup industry will be a strong advantage
