  • Organize meetings, telephone & conference with related parties
  • Arrange travel & accommodation for domestic & international location
  • Handle administration & General Affairs function

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in secretarial
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Proactive, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Has good interpersonal and social skill, mature and independent
  • Well organized, able to work in tight deadline and high pressure
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
