- Provide Full personal assistant of secretarial & administration support
- Having Knowledge of all aspect Secretarial duties
- Helping day to day task of General Manager and CEO
- Possess good presentation and corresspondence skill
- Maintaining office needs such as stationeries, paper works & driver arrangement
- Organizing internal & external meeting and takes minute of meeting
- Arranging travels, transportation tickets, accomodation, Visa etc
- Understanding filing documentation and filing system
- Good Microsoft Office Skill
- Maximum 30 years old
- Well groomed, presentable, mature and possess mindset of global business.
- Good communication, presentation skill, integrity and blend well with all level of employees.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written. Understanding Mandarin is a plus
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Secretarial Duties is required for this position.
