  • Provide Full personal assistant of secretarial & administration support
  • Having Knowledge of all aspect Secretarial duties
  • Helping day to day task of General Manager and CEO
  • Possess good presentation and corresspondence skill
  • Maintaining office needs such as stationeries, paper works & driver arrangement
  • Organizing internal & external meeting and takes minute of meeting
  • Arranging travels, transportation tickets, accomodation, Visa etc
  • Understanding filing documentation and filing system
  • Good Microsoft Office Skill
Requirements :
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Well groomed, presentable, mature and possess mindset of global business.
  • Good communication, presentation skill, integrity and blend well with all level of employees.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Power Point
  • Fluent in English both Oral and Written. Understanding Mandarin is a plus
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Secretarial Duties is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Gandaria,Jakarta Selatan.
