    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Handling incoming calls and outgoing/connecting calls as per companis standard in English and Indonesia
    • Receiving mails, package and coordinate with the internal to pass the messages
    • Make notes and fill in the log book on the incoming calls. and incoming mails as well as packages and the receipt of Vendor Invoices
    • Responsible for receiving Guests/Client of Company
    • Escort Guest to the room and indicate the addressee
    • Arranging couriers and logistics
    • Manage the use of meeting rooms
    • Control the works environment in order to be clean especially around the reception area and meeting room
    • Others receptionist duties as required
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Having a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree  in any field
    • Age 20 - 28 years old
    • Attractive and presentable appearance
    • Minimum 1 year working experience as receptionist/phone operator/customer service, but , fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    • Have strong communication skills in English
    • Great communications skill and attitude
    • Excellent with Ms. Office Application and ability in administration matter

    Pros
    • Merupakan salah satu perusahaan asuransi yang sudah cukup lama berdiri (35 tahun). Tempat kerjanya pun cukup nyaman. Selain itu Pergantian manajemen yang baru membawa perubahan yang baik dan angin segar bagi karyawan.
    Cons
    • Meskipun sudah lama berdiri tetapi perusahaan perlu berbenah diri di berbagai sektor, agar kedepannya perkembangan perusahaan bisa lebih maksimal lagi.
