- Take responsibility for managing a team of sales and account executives.
- Manage, sell, coach and provide leadership with the objective of enabling a sales team to meet assigned targets and objectives.
- Plan and organize multiple work objectives and goals and objectives
- Take ownership of the full sales process and contributes to the pre-sales process as requires.
- Track the execution of client account plans, call planning, opportunity analysis and providing support.
- Act as role model, observe team members when engaging with clients and provide constructive feedback to reward identified behavioral patterns.
- Bachelor’s or master degree on Computer/ Communication/ Sales/ Business.
- At least 6 years “sales experiences” working on large IT company / digital agency before
- Good understanding of IT and communication industry needs
- Proven sales leadership and client engagement experience
- Strategic thinking ability
- Able to drive change and improve technology utilization across sales teams
