    • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
    • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
    • Update customer data and produce activity reports
    • Walk customers through problem solving process
    • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
    • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations
    Requirements :
    • Age Maximum 35 Years old
    • Fluent In English
    • Good Communication Skill
    • Good Looking
    • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positions
    • Hold bachelor degree any major, preferably informatics or related with IT
    • Able to work in a team and can work under pressure
    • Required Skill(s)
    • Proven working Experience in Providing help desk support
    • Proficieny in english, working knowledge of help desk software
    • Microsoft product and remote control
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
