Responsible for regional business indicators, market share, retail position covering and retail team building
Responsible for product in regional sell through /sell out target setting and planning; responsible sales to achieve target
Build a competitive customer relations platform, continued good customer planning and management(retailer, KA, industry customer), effectively expanding and maintaining customer relationships to ensure sales business development
Maintaining PR in the region, initiate PR and ATL requirements in the region, work with MKT in implementation, improve brand awareness in the region.
Initiate retail store construction planning and requirements, complete the first acceptance, implement promotion, training and other work smoothly in the region
Responsible for regional service indicators accomplish, service business management, build service network
Responsible for retail customers movement, competitors and other information collection and feedback, develop pointed sales strategy and product strategy in a timely manner
