Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree of any major
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Having minimum 3 years of work experiences in those areas
  • Experience in commercial law / business law
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong contractual & analytical knowledge
  • Certified Call Center Manager or equivalent qualification is a plus
