• Minimum qualification Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA is advantage.
• Minimum experience of 5 years managerial level.
• Strong at numbers, Financial Accounting, Tax.
• Having good coordination and communication skills
• Good relations with both – people, Banks & government.
• Maintain and develop standard operating procedures that strengthen internal control of financial transactions or supports management goals achievement.
• Manage the operation of finance and accounting functional.
• Manage and develop staff in the Finance and Accounting Section.
• Manage financial report including and not limited to monthly or yearly Financial Statement, budgeting report are delivered in timely and accurately.
• Maintain relationship with external auditor, and other business contacts.
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company.
• Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
• Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
• Compile key business metrics and report on them to management
