PT. Dover Chemical was incorporated as an Indonesian PMA Chemical Company in 1980. We are located in Merak, 120km from Jakarta, Indonesia.
We have three main bussiness units :
• Production of formaldehyde and formaldehyde resins (UF, MF, PF, PUF)
• Production of emulsion adhesives
• Tank storage operator
We are an R&D focused and performance-based company. We are ISO-certified for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007.

Requirements:
•  Pendidikan Minimal SMA / STM Sederajat
•  Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dibidang workshop dan fabrikasi
•  Memiliki keahlian dan kemampuan dalam proses welding, argon
•  Mampu mendesain proses fabrikasi maupun erection fit up material di area all PT.Dover Chemical
•  Memiliki Sertifikat Welding, Argon
•  Proaktif, good analytical, dinamis dan dapat bekerjasama dengan team
•  Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Merak – Banten

Pros

Penerapan SOP sudah cukup baik dan manajemen perusahaan juga cukup tertata. Sistem perekrutannya juga sudah memiliki standar yang sesuai dengan image perusahaan.

Cons

Harus tetap datang on time meskipun kemarin habis lembur dan pulang terlambat. Budaya kerja beberapa pegawainya masih perlu diperbaiki lagi.
