- Achieve company business target in assigned territory by effectively selling and marketing company's services.
- Establish, maintain, and develop business with prospective customer, dealer to enhance the company's target and achieve maximum profitability through effective sales and services.
- Develop new customers and maintain an existing good customer.
- Plan and organize sales strategy, including sales forecast to correspond to national goals.
- Coordinate sales effort with the sales management, credit proposal management, marketing and create positive working condition.
- Monitor and review branch performance results against budget.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree from reputable university.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have an ability to analyze company's financial statement.
- Strong analytical thinking, especially in credit and financial risk.
- Good knowledge on Granit Tile and Sanitary business will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skill and team work.
- Good command in English.
- Computer literate, including proficiency in spreadsheets & word proficiency application.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Tangerang, Semarang, or Bandung
