JOB LOCATION : BINTARO SEKTOR 9
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Ensures personnel actions are in compliance with current Human Resources and Finance policies and guidelines.
- Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding the HRIS.
- Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.
- Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
- Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS.
- Provides HRIS technical support to Human Resources and other court staff.
- Serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS.
- Resolves complex technical problems.
- Provides other support to Human Resources management and staff as assigned.
- Know and understand/work with a HR/Payroll system that offers this functionality.
- A comprehensive knowledge of human resource practices.
- A thorough knowledge of the organisation and its policies and procedures.
- A full understanding of how the HRIS software operates and which functions it integrates with. In terms of organisational mission, vision, goals and objectives, be sure that you know (exactly) in which direction your organisation is headed
- Acquire a thorough working-knowledge and in-depth understanding of the needs of line-managers: i.e. determine what their wants and needs truly are.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BINTARO SEKTOR 9. Preferable domicile : BSD/SERPONG/BINTARO
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- FAMILIAR WITH HR INFORMATION SYSTEM IS A MUST.
