    Job Description:
    • Responsible for office mailing distribution, registriation and trailing.
    • Responsible of the smooth incoming and outgoing calls within external and internal calls
    • Responsible to assist guest to the right persons.
    • Responsible to informed Expatriate guest about office and hotel directory
    • Make sure office supplies e.i consumable supplies, stationary supplies, etc are in sufficient numbers
    • Assist Secretary to handle administration works like: hotel reservation, taxi order, driver schedule
    • Assist HR to handle absency records.
    • Assist Office Manager in every related office matters.
    • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    • Candidate must be a energetic and have good team work attitude
    • Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
