- Responsible for office mailing distribution, registriation and trailing.
- Responsible of the smooth incoming and outgoing calls within external and internal calls
- Responsible to assist guest to the right persons.
- Responsible to informed Expatriate guest about office and hotel directory
- Make sure office supplies e.i consumable supplies, stationary supplies, etc are in sufficient numbers
- Assist Secretary to handle administration works like: hotel reservation, taxi order, driver schedule
- Assist HR to handle absency records.
- Assist Office Manager in every related office matters.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Candidate must be a energetic and have good team work attitude
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
