    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    1. Provide strategic leadership to the Unitary sales organization and establish a strong partnership with the channles to optimize processes and support the growth plan
     
    2. Be responsible for P&L for Indonesia Unitary; drive business strategy execution and follow through the plan along with the team;  
     
    3. Optimize country wide business operation platform  and build synergy across functions to achieve business goals;
     
    4. Develop strategic short and long-range plans to grow the business through a portfolio of proprietary, OEM and generic parts;
     
    5. Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and issues within the market, conduct customer surveys and visit customers to recognize trends to develop appropriate actions and strategies as required;
     
    6. Manage the entire Unitary commercial organization to achieve its growth objectives through development and execution of business model strategies and programs;
     
    7. Cross-functional teamwork and building a capable, motivated, engaged sales team with winning and ethical culture;
     
    8. Strengthen Unitary product retail market promotion and growth; Expand Refrigerant market share and brand awareness; Build and develop brand in HVAC market in line with business growth;
     
    9. Assess organizational needs for learning and development of associates and lead the development of learning paths, career paths and other development activities to ensure we attract, develop and retain talent;
     
    10. Identify and implement profitable office growth opportunities by leveraging best practices from Local Office Leadership teams and other sources within the organization or industry.
     
     
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree is required; major in HVAC Mechanical or refrigeration; MBA preferred
    • 10+ years related sales experiences with solid record on business strategy execution;
    • Good organizational sensitivity, collaborative and strong change agility;
    • Strategic view in logical way (wide and deep) and can think out of the box;
    • Good numerical sense and drive for higher performance;
    • Open minded and integrate with discipline
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Good English, fluent in speaking and writing English
    • Experience in selling thru multiple distribution channels and with P&L responsibility
    • Demonstrated experience influencing at all levels in the organization and an ability to create a cohesive strategy for change. Capable of influencing others and driving action within a matrix structure
    • Must be a strategic and commercially-savvy executive with significant experience leading transformational change for customer-facing organizations with complex, multi-step, and/or multi-channel distribution
