- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Design or construction function in any industry.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Skill : Project scheduling, Material knowledge

- Prepare annual work plan for store design and project; monitor and control construction project implementation in order to ensure smooth and coordinated design and project activities to support achievement of strong profitable growth
- Prepare, propose, and manage the implementation of operational budget and investment cost (in construction and equipment) in order to ensure cost efficiency and support achievement of profitability target
- Manage, supervise, coach and review performance of subordinates, enhance skills in order to
ensure availability of competent human resources as well as enhance division’s performance
- Plan and create store design concept based on brand identity, review submitted design from internal designers in order to ensure attractive store design that is aligned with Principal's concept
- Plan monthly and yearly construction program, coordinate with contractors and oversee testing and commissioning in order to ensure timely and high quality construction works to support store's operation and image
- Oversee overall store condition inspection, monitor renovation needs, take action in major renovation
