Proposal Engineer (Rotating Equipment)



    • Review and interpret Client requisitions and specifications for new equipment
    • Prepare clarification/deviation list according to ITB
    • Cooperate with sales personnel in bidding process (pre-bid meeting, technical clarification)
    • Prepare complete technical proposal, including scope of supply, P&ID’s, datasheets, and inspection & ITP
    • Prepare complete commercial proposal, including pricing and delivery for complete unit package as per client requirement
    • Generate the cost estimates in budgetary quote
    • Assist sales personnel in presenting proposals and product presentation to Clients
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills necessary
    • Familiar and understanding bidding process and procedure in PTK 007 Rev. 3
    • Min. S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    • Min. 1 years experience as Proposal Engineer
    • Familiar with PTK007 Rev. 3
    • Review Technical Document, FEED, Drawing and PID
    • Technical-Commercial Proposal, Budgetary, Tendering Process
    • Bid Documentation
    • Computer literate (Ms. Office; Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
