DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description :
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, TIKI, JNE, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
 
Requirements :

General :
  • Good looking, good communication and good attitude
  • Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team as well as others in a team.
  • An understanding of business principles, a professional & confident manner.
  • A willingness to take on high level of responsibility.
  • Ability to contribute and to implement organizational strategy.
 
Specialization :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kendal.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
