Critical Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): fluent english-writen & spoken, customer service experience, computer skills / knowlegde, pleasant phone manner, ability to work in a team environment.
  • Preverably based in Bali
Day To Day Task & Responsibilities:
  • Assisting member/customer with bookings
  • Handling member/customers, queries, payments & requests
  • Answering member's calls & email in a timely/efficient manner
  • Handling members issues/complaints logically & effectively.
