DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Maintain good relationship with modern market channel (ex: Hypermart, Electonic Solution, Courts, Lotte Mart, Carrefour, Giant, etc.)
  • Maintain online channel (ex: Lazada, Bineka)
  • Sales offering, sales order, delivery request, collection
  • Sales forecast
  • Achieve targeted sales in Modern Market Department
 
Requirements :
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences  in home appliances electronics industry or related
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Inter-personal Skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  • Flexible and open to changes, multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  • Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
  • Persuasive, communicative and innovative
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) 
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Detailed oriented
  • Target oriented
  • Love and enjoy all things about sales and marketing
  • Diligent in work; immediately responsive on all matters

    Perusahaan yang menetapkan peraturan yang sangat baik dan peraturan tersebut pun telah menyesuaikan dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah sehingga cukup membuat karyawan merasa nyaman.
    Cons
    Masih perlu menambah program untuk mengembangkan SDM di perusahaan, karena untuk saat ini masih terbatas. Hal ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
