  • Mempersiapkan dan mengontrol dokumen Export/Import
  • Memastikan aktivitas/proses schedule shipment berjalan sesuai rencana
  • Memastikan proses arsip dokumen exim dilakukan dengan benar
  • Menindaklanjuti aktivitas export/import
  • Memastikan proses pembuatan dokumen untuk keperluan Export ( PEB, COO, BL ) atau import ( PIB, DO ) dilakukan dengan benar
  • Melaporkan setiap perkembangan export/import ke atasan
 
 
Kualifikasi :
 
 
  • Usia minimal 20 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal SMK
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Export/Import
  • Mengetahui prosedur Exim
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa data
  • Mengetahi proses serta dokumen Export/Import ( FCL, PEB/PIB, DO )
  • Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
  • Membina hubungan baik dengan relasi
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Penempatan di Sidoarjo
