Responsibilities :
  • Being Company’s Representative to new and existing Customers
  • Suggest and implement Marketing promotions program
  • Manage Customer complaints and become Customer’s representative to the production team
  • Deal with overdue invoices and control Customer’s credit limit with Finance Department
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Oracle,
  • Good in Communication and Presentation Skill
  • Good Leadership and Managing Skill
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Gaji yang diberikan di perusahaan ini masih tergolong kecil sehingga tingkat kesejahteraan karyawannya pun masih kurang. Di samping itu, SOP yang ada juga kurang berjalan lancar.
