Job Description :
- Propose the zoning of masterplan and study the typology of building on Company’s landbank, regarding the direction from Design Director
- Leading the Masterplanning/Architect/ ID Consultant and coordinate with another Consultant such as Structure, MEP, etc
- Coordinate with Marketing & Cost Control Team in order to provide a good and efficient design
- Review the drawing from Masterplanning/Architect/ID Consultant from concept stage, schematic stage, design development stage, until tender drawings
- Review shopdrawing & material approval from Contractor
- Periodic inspections to the site for ensure the Construction is refer to Design Drawing
- Able to improve some design treatment if there is some issues on construction stage which can impact to architect/ID performance
- Daily and weekly report to Design Director
Job Requirements:
- Minimum graduated S1 Architecture from a leading University
- At least have 5 years working experience as Design Manager especially for the planning of township & high rise building project
- Creative and have a strong design skill related with architecture & interior design
- Proficient on hand sketch and computer skill (CAD) ; Autocad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Would be placed at Jakarta area and Tangerang
