Job Description:
  • Quality checking and data entry of goods receipt (GRN) into System.
  • Prepares outbound of goods by processing requests and sales orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders to delivery service using courier or other required methods.
  • Ensure and provide proper record of sales order and invoice creation from the system.
  • Maintain and update stock inventory records and location of goods.
  • Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution/collection/filling).
  • Support in preparing Marketing and Merchandising collateral required to customers.
  •  Bachelor or Diploma Graduates (Fresh Graduates welcome)
  •  Min. 1 year of experience as Warehouse Staff / Office Assistant
  •  Attention to Detail
  •  Inventory control and documentation/record management skills
