    We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Team Leader Mobile Sales – Jakarta.
     
    Responsibilities:
     
    In this role, you will be responsible to lead acquisition team to acquire new customers in HSBC Premier Segment and provide Wealth Management products to customers.  As a Team Leader, an intensive training development will be available to support the performance. During the start of service, Team Leader Mobile Sales will represent HSBC to developing network and relationship with prospective customers and colleagues in the Bank.

    Requirements:
    • Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree.
    • Experiences in Banking min. 1 year.
    • Strong leadership skill, good positive influence and good communication.
    • Have a strong motivation, career oriented and financial result oriented.
    • Have a networking for Jakarta area.
    • Hold a banking certifications such as WAPERD and AAJI is a must.

    Pros
    • Status yang bekerja disini adalah sebagai karyawan tetap dan tunjangan yang bisa didapatkan para karyawan sudah cukup bagus dan memuaskan.
    • Keuntungan yang bisa didapatakan disini adalah keuntungan menjadi karyawan tetap karena sulit bekerja dengan status karyawan tetap tak hanya itu tunjangan yang diberikan juga sudah sangat lengkap.
    Cons
    • Peraturan yang diterapkan di dalam bank ini cukup mengikat dibandingkan dengan perbankan lainnya sehingga membuat para karyawan merasa tertekan sekali.
    • Sistem kontrak yang di terapkan hanya sampai PKWT 3 dan karyawan mendapatkan perlakuan tidak adil sehingga karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap berbeda.
