Duties & authority:
- Responsible to generate marketing revenue thru events, rental and promo.
- Responsible to conceptualize with DHM internal club sales promotions
- Conceptualize, Develop, and Implement a Detailed Marketing Plan on a Quarterly Basics
- Identify resources and logistics needed
- Coordinate with appropriate persons
- Communicate details of marketing plan to BOD
- The goal of all marketing plans is to be 2 quarters ahead.
- Each year submit to BOD that years Marketing Plan
- Responsible to Generate ideas for PR, advertising, launching of new products, and print materials etc. for marketing
- Responsible to Identify effective forms of media
- Develop annual budget in line with approved marketing plan
- Conceptualize & Develop Gym & Mall events
- Conceptualize & Develop email & sms communications to members/non-members.
- Conceptualize & Develop website.
- Conceptualize & Develop e-newsletter to members.
- Provide guidance to Internal Marketing Executive to be successful in all areas of one’s job
- Evaluate effectiveness of advertisements placed with reports of source of non-member guests.
- Communicate via memo & meetings all marketing communications to managers and staff.
- Attend all company meetings that are applicable and share appropriate information with management staff.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic
- Review & Approve all marketing Plans, Advertising, Internal and External printing, etc. with MD & CEO.
- Choose the most cost effective means to market and advertise.
- Maintain smooth relationship with external and internal partners.
- Be completely familiar with all local competitor’s facilities, services, advertising, marketing and pricing strategies and shop them on a regular basis to update yourself on the company competition
