DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Reviewing and updating the documents pertaining to quality
  • Ensure that changes and the current revision status of a document identified.
  • Ensure that relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use.
  • Keeps documents legible and easily recognizable.
  • Doing the distribution of new documents as well as revisions to the relevant departments (in accordance with the distribution of documents) maximum 3 working days after it was enacted.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments about the procurement forms and follow up on the form book.
  • Fulfilling requests for documents from the branches with a response time since the request was received up to 2 working days.
  • Reform (up to date) on the documents entered into the website / portal company.
  • Assisting the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit Program since the stages of preparation of the Audit, Audit implementation to follow-up audit.
  • Assisting the implementation of Management Review to make the management review report (the minutes of the meeting) a maximum of one week after the management review is done.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Manajemen di dalam perusahaan ini menurut saya perlu meningkatkan kembali kinerjanya. Terkadang keputusan yang diambil oleh pihak manajemen masih kurang jelas dan malah membuat masalah.
