Reservation - Ticketing Officer (Code : RTO)
- The job of the position is to Singapore Airlines call centre Jakarta, customer servicing and handling customer inquiries regarding booking and ticketing, and to be based in Jakarta.
- Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well both in team and independently
- Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
- IT Literacy
- Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
