Reservation - Ticketing Officer (Code : RTO)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • The job of the position is to Singapore Airlines call centre Jakarta, customer servicing and handling customer inquiries regarding booking and ticketing, and to be based in Jakarta.
 
Requirements :
 
  • Holds minimum a Diploma (D3) degree from reputable university
  • Age maximum 30 years old
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work well both in team and independently
  • Pleasant personality, with interest in dealing with people
  • IT Literacy
  • Knowledge on Airlines and tourism industry would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
