DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Our client, Japanese IT and Digital Marketing solution,  located in Jakarta is looking for experienced Ads Operation to support their growing business.

Requirements :
  • 25 to 35 y.o.
  • More than 3 years working experience in similar job position
  • Strong analytical & logical thinking
  • Go through details and result oriented
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of latest Digital World
  • Be able to understand of business in various industry
Mandatory :
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of ability to utilize excel and power point are required
  • Work experience in Marketing or Ads agency or department is required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing such as web creation, internet promotion is required *especially in paid ads
 
Responsibilities  :
  • Vast knowledge about each ads solution and make service introduction document
  • Set ads concept and objective based on client's business goal and select proper channel and initiate to define required targeting and creative
  • Make PJ planning and describe the planning by time schedule, resource, cost, and quality
  • Execute ads operation on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and another placement's Ads
  • Coordinate with internal team, partner vendor, and client to process PJ smoothly
  • Analyzing results of the ads operation and compile into the report
  • Hiring and train resource who operating ads, and maintain the team management
