Sales Operational Assistant Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain good relationship with new and existing customer
  • Retain order from customer
  • Respond to customer request
  • Receive and process purchase order from customer
  • Work together with PPIC, production, and warehouse team to ensure production goes on schedule and ready for shipment as requested delivery time
  • Arrange shipment process
  • Create weekly and monthly report to manager

  • Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably Marketing/Communication/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in Export Sales/Marketing
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must, skill in other language will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with common ERP platform is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Demonstrated strong leadership ability, strong organizational skills and ability to effectively plan and prioritize work to meet established deadlines
  • Willing to work in TANGERANG
