HSE Coordinator

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) Occupational Health & Safety / Engineering
  • Experience in HSE minimum 3 years as HSE Coordinator especially for Oil & Gas
  • Understand, develop, implement and monitoring the implementation of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001; hazard identification, risk assesment, determining control; CSMS (Contractor Safety Management Systems) ; Internal Audit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong inter-personal skills, computer literate (MS Office, MS-visio)
  • Be able to coordinate with HSE team in project
  • AK3 Certificate
  • Develop and implement HSE Procedures and Work Instruction
  • Safety minded, efficient, creative, innovative, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and system oriented
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Management Representative in ensuring the implementation of integrated management system (IMS) comply with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Plan, conduct & ensuring HSE induction & socialization at office and project site
  • Promote safety awareness in all area of company
  • Monitor, evaluate & ensuring HSE implementation comply with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Coordinate HSE report, analyze and make a HSE report
  • Analyze non conformance and identify improvement program for integrated management system
  • As an iso-secretariat team member, supporting IMS champion in IMS implementation
