This is a performance based position to drive sales from all the solution products offered in Bricomp group. Reporting to the Director, the incumbent is to lead the distribution team and project team to drive his target sales


  • Graduated with a degree
  • Experience in security industry Sales (CCTV, ACS, Alarm, others) minimum 5 years
  • Able to lead a team of account managers
  • Understand solution selling
  • Proven sales record in security field
  • Have own transportation
  • Able to analyze customer needs, do presentation, negotiate and close deal


Our Indonesian office is based in Sunter, Jakarta Utara. All applications must sent Full CV/Resume and recent photograph only.
