General Requirements:

    • Female
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Psychology (preferable), Management or Law from reputable university
    • Minimum 3 year experience in the same field would be preferable
    • Familiar with Labor Law and payroll process
    • Familiar with BPJS process and procedure
    • Initiative, honest, discipline, responsible and positive working attitude
    • Good command in English
    • Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
    • Computer literate, especially Ms. Office, Internet & Email


    • You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management: recruitment, personnel administration & payroll, employee relation, general affair
    • Controlling the implementation of procedures in company
