- To generate sponsors/partners from Bank and other potential institutions for all sales channel in Partnership Distribution
- Grow and maximize business opportunities from existing and new partners by exploring new product development with all available sales channel in Partnership Distribution
- To coordinate the potential partnership is feasible in terms of portfolio, commission, sales management and promotion and comply with company regulations
- To oversee the entire new partnership and manage the new account liaising the company’s objectives and needs of the partners
- Assist the Head of Strategic Partnership, to continuously explore various means of strategic alliances to develop Partnership Distribution
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or other related majors
- Required skill(s): Intermediate user of MS Word, and MS Power Point, MS Excel.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in JV life insurance companies in the area of Direct Marketing, in Branch Selling, and Credit Cife Business
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mega Kuningan.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
