Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure last room availability and pricing competitiveness
  • Facilitate communication between both new suppliers and existing partners
  • Provide meaningful performance reporting analysis to partners at the property level to implement win-win solutions in order for the partner and to achieve market performance and long-term activity goals
  • Lead the development and execution of overall market business plans, and ensure has a long term bussines strategy to deepen and establish brand awareness in the assigned market.
  • Coordinate with other teams member and functional areas to create and implement innovative bussines solutions aimed at building a strong market presence, merchandising, and attractive value propositions.


  • Male/Female, maximal 35 years old
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree from any major
  • Positive work ethic and passion to engage with our online ticketing and booking website and bussines partners
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Good project management skills
  • A good knowledge of Ms.Office
  • Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills an eye for detail
  • Great face to face and telephone communication skills
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality
  • Bussines focused
  • Positive attitude
  • Hotel school or University background preferred
  • Driver license
  • Based in Medan and avaibility to travel 50% of the time
  • Affinity/experience with the hotel industry / e-travel
