    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Ensure achievement of monthly sales target branch
    • Maintain harmony and build a good relationship with all employees across the counter / branch outlets
    • Maintaining the quality of products and services across the counter / branch outlets
     
    Requirements:
     
    • Maximum age 45 years Old.
    • Minimum S1 degree in any major, preferably management, accounting and finance. please mention your GPA on your application.
    • Having minimum of 2 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage /  logistic / distribution
    • Able to communicate with many respectful parties and company stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent Marketing and business development skills
    • Familiar with Balance score card
    • Must be familiar in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and expert in marketing operational
    • Having experience in food industry
    • Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
    • Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
    • Strategic thinker and target oriented
    • Able to work and perform under pressure

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Kebersihan dan kualitas produk yang terjamin dan sangat diutamakan. Banyak peraturan yang ketat karena mementingkan kedisiplinan. Membutuhkan kerjasama tim yang baik.
    • Bonus yang didapatkan minimal 1 kali gaji, fasilitas COP yang berarti bisa dapat mobil dari kantor tapi hanya berlaku untuk karyawan di posisi tertentu.
    Cons
    • Fasilitas masih terasa kurang, misalnya kurangnya tenaga mesin sehingga produksi tidak maksimal dan kurang efisien. Kalau bisa mesin-mesin ditambah agar produksi lebih lancar.
    • Penilaian karyawan kadang tidak transparan dan suka seenak-enaknya. Manajemen tidak profesional, misalnya atasan ada main like and dislike dan suka mengancam putus kontrak.
