- Conduct psychotest, manage scoring and make interpretation of psychotest result.
- Interview candidates according to behavior event interview.
- Maintain relationship with users and external vendor.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring using human resources management system software.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Age Maximum 30 years old
- Male is preffered
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have experience as tester of Psychological tests
- Have knowledge of Competency Base Interview is a plus
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to handle School and Campus Recruitment
- Willing to be placed in Head Office : Ciracas, East jakarta
