• Conduct psychotest, manage scoring and make interpretation of psychotest result.
  • Interview candidates according to behavior event interview.
  • Maintain relationship with users and external vendor.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring using human resources management system software.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Requirements :
  • Age Maximum 30 years old
  • Male is preffered
  • Bachelor Degree from Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have experience as tester of Psychological tests
  • Have knowledge of Competency Base Interview is a plus
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle School and Campus Recruitment
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office : Ciracas, East jakarta
