    Job Description :

    • Typing official letters, maintaining proper entire documents and filling them
    • Control manpower planning, Manage recruitment, Managing personnel information system / database of employees
    • Prepare daily administration personnel (overtime, absenteeism, medical and others)
    • Prepare & assisting insurance policy, legal task
    • Monitoring & handling working permission documents for expatriate
    • Responsible for documentation file HRD

    Qualifications :

    • Female
    • Age max 35 years
    • Minimal Education SMA / D3  in Management
    • 2-3 years experiences in the same field
    • Able to operate computer (Windows, Excel, Word)
    • Willing to work under pressure and tight dateline
    • Having the ability to good administration
