Job Description :
- Typing official letters, maintaining proper entire documents and filling them
- Control manpower planning, Manage recruitment, Managing personnel information system / database of employees
- Prepare daily administration personnel (overtime, absenteeism, medical and others)
- Prepare & assisting insurance policy, legal task
- Monitoring & handling working permission documents for expatriate
- Responsible for documentation file HRD
Qualifications :
- Female
- Age max 35 years
- Minimal Education SMA / D3 in Management
- 2-3 years experiences in the same field
- Able to operate computer (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Willing to work under pressure and tight dateline
- Having the ability to good administration
