    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • To handle employee personal document
    • To handle expatriate document/ Permit, IMTA and other local licence and permits
    • To handle recruitment and all documents
    • To handle incoming and outgoing letters of HRM
    • Assist HRM to overview employment agreement
    • To maintain and set preserve all kinds of stationeries and office equipments in the HR office.
    • To coordinate and set appointments in the HR Manager.
    • To prepare the daily absence list (manual) from all department.
    • To prepare monthly HR report
    • To assist HR Manager handle employee appraisal
    • To handle HR statistic
    • To update all contract 
    • To prepare certificate and recommendation letter for staffs.
     
    QUALIFICATION :
    • minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree ( Law/Psychology )
    • minimum 3 years experience
    • Fluent in English ( oral & written)
    • able to work in a team and under pressure
    • salary negotiable
