- Set up and manage food processing factory‘s operations to meet HACCP, GMP, ISO22000 standard.
- Monitor the quality of raw material
- Execution and monitor of IQC (Incoming QC), PQC (Process QC) and FQC (Finished QC).
- Record, feedback qualities of material to supervisor.
- Factory SOP (included quality control, incoming and outgoing inspection, and analysis)
- Manage and implementation cleaning factory‘s operations.
- Daily data record, data entry processing ,information gather and feedback
- Graduated from university, with major food safety, food science department or pharmacy.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in food factory/bird-nest processing factory.
- Leadership skills. Experienced in manage people (foreman)
- Working experience in HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 related factory
- Self-motivated, responsible, uncompromising personality.
- Good writing and communication skills, able to work independently.
- Familiar with English and Chinese are a plus.
