    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibility : 
     
    • Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution/collecting/filling) 
    • Handle customer complain and solve it with customer satisfaction 
    • Update and compile sparepart monthly reports 
    • Maintain and update stock inventory records 
    • Follow up watch repairs to customer
     
    Requirement : 
     
    • Minimal 1 year of experiencce related to Office Administrative 
    • Able to use Ms Excel 
    • Have basic English in Verbal & Writing
    • Detailed oriented and customer oriented person  
    • Ability to effectively communicate and understand detailed and/or technical information 
    • Pleasant personality and a team player
