    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Purpose :
    • Achieve sales target set by the company and
    • Develop new potential business partners to drive profitable growth in 2nd and 3rd tier city.
    Rules and Responsibilities :
    • Achieve sales target
    • Handle 1-3 key account & grow the business
    • Set 12-24 months business plan for wholesale dept.
    • Plan, Organize, Implement and Control the current year activities in order to achieve the objectives set.
    • Assess new potential partners
    • Negotiate new contract
    • Analyze Performance
    • Coach the junior team members
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Share same Core Values as the Company
    • Familiar with Indonesia 2nd & 3rd tier  market in Indonesia
    • Familiar with traditional and semi modern trade in those cities
    • Able to work with the  team to achieve higher performance
    • Able to assess potential market, lobby with new potential partners, negotiate contract.
    • Ability to Negotiate, to Sell, & Maintain clients
    • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Karyawan-karayawannya aktif dalam bekerja dan memiliki tim spirit yang tinggi. Mereka juga pada ramah-ramah sehingga suasana kerja terasa rasa kekeluargaan.
    • Perusahaan jeans dengan brand yang sudah dewasa dan dikenali dunia. Di tengah maraknya permintaan pasar untuk jeans, perusahaan ini tetap bisa berdiri teguh.
    Cons
    • Kurangnya disiplin kerja di sebagian karyawan. Pihak atasan harusnya lebih memperhatikan performa dan aktivitas karyawan. Sesekali dibutuhkan development training atau seminar.
    • Sistem HR yang kurang jelas. Karyawan harus lebih dipherhatikan dan diakses oleh pihak atasan secara fair supaya semua karyawan merasa dihargai.
