- Achieve sales target in stores within area coverage
- Ensure product availability in store at all times (No out of stock –OOS).
- Ensure implementation of standardized product display (planogram) and store activations as per key account agreement and activity plan in stores at all time.
- Build relationship with PICs in stores to facilitate better negotiation for activities and agreement at store level.
- Negotiate for additional secondary placements or consumer at store level to compliment key account negotiations done at headquarter level.
- Provide report on market trend and competitor activities to internal Modern Distribution Channel team and recommend action plan.
- Minimum of S-1
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track in modern trade retail environment, significant proximity with PICs in outlets to be optimized for relationship building.
- Solid experience in building brand presence & consumer activation through retail outlets
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation capabilities
Min 1 - 3 years proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
