    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Description : 
     
    1. Manage daily operation
    • IT infrastructure (PC, peripheral), LAN, internet, VPN, server, data center, mail hosting, video conference
    • Antivirus, network access, internet security, IT administration, documentation
    2. AX dynamics operation and maintenance
    • Commercial side (invoicing, purchasing, inventory, etc.), Accounting side (journal, cost allocation, etc.)
    • System admin & set up
    3. Application maintenance
    • Microsoft office, Payroll, attendance
    • Fujitsu order control and system management, Third party application (customs, tax, AHM-CRM, Nissan)
    4. System design and development
    • System analysis and design (align IT & business), IT infrastructure analysis & design
    • IT risk management, IT Governance
     
    Job Requirements : 
     
    • Having minimum 2 year of experience as IT Manager or Team Leader
    • Have experience and able to do the job mentioned above with : Good Budgeting skill
    • Experience in Project Management: able to make schedule control, having knowledge of system development life cycle.
    • Having a knowledge of System management items and ITIL/COBITS
    • Having knowledge of Business application (SAP, SDLC, AX Dynamic is a Must), Infrastructure (Server, Hardware, Networks)
    • 35 years above
    • Attention to detail, firm, though
    • Bachelor Degree  from reputable University, majoring computer science / IT, Engineering (computer / telecommunication) or equivalent

    Pros
    • Suasana kerja di dalam perusahaan cukup terasa kekeluargaan dan cukup nyaman dalam mendukung pekerjaan yang ada. Rekan kerja pun supportif dan tidak menghambat pekerjaan yang dilakukan.
    • adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kekeluargaan, atasan yang baik dan profesional, jam kerja yang normal dan adanya acara pelatihan bagi karyawan
    Cons
    • Kenaikan gaji di perusahaan ini terbilang lambat dan gajinya pun belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan karyawan sehingga harus ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih sesuai.
    • salary dan jenjang karir yang sangat lambat, perusahaan kurang bisa memberikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan baik, rasa kekeluargaan yang kurang erat
