- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Responsible to lead Oncology Department for both Sales and Marketing functions in delivering business objectives.
- Deliver Plan for Oncology Business
- Marketing Strategy : evaluate, follow-up and adjust the marketing strategy, marketing plan and budgets in cooperation with the marketing department for each product/indication, with the resources available, to ensure achievement of business targets
- Sales Strategy : Evaluate and adjust the sales strategy, sales action plans and budgets for the sales team in order to create an added value for the product/indication and to ensure a maximum development at their target group.
- Establish strategic partnership with key business internal and external stakeholders
- Implement Capability development investment and upgrades by developing oncology organization based on area potential and business need.
