DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Handle international inbound & outbound calls
  • Receive incoming calls and provide better information services to customers
  • Handling customer complaints properly
 
Requirements :
 
  • Mandatory language : English
  • Must be fluent in speaking English
  • Candidate must possess at least SMU degree
  • Must be able to comprehend English at a high level
  • Must be available for shift work on a rotating roster basis
  • Good typing skill
  • Reliable and discipline
  • Have a can do and positive attitude
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
