    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Develop system requirements and design web interface
    • Implements web based application, develop/maintains offline applications to facilitate defined business processes and overall optimization of the system
    • Responsible for the implementing web, database security measures and EDM (Email Direct Marketing)
    • Participate and improve development processes CRM system such as Agile with deployment, testing and release
    • Perform testing, optimization, and debugging
    • Perform code reviews
    • Write documentation to describe system development, logic, coding and corrections
    • Maintenance website in content management system
    • Have knowledge of Social Media Platforms and adopt an application for incorporation into facebook

    Requirements:
     
    • Minimum diploma/bachelor degree in computer science/information technology
    • Understanding & solid experience in web development, cross-browser development, programming/scripting language and tools with database system (PHP, HTML5, XML, Javascript, CSS, MySQL, Wordpress)
    • Good experience with designing web interfaces, latest UI patterns and UX designs
    • Good algorithm and analytic
    • Able to work in a team
    • A fast learner, a self-starter, highly initiative person
    • Able to work under pressure and result oriented
    • Have minimum 1-2 years experience
    • GPA minimum 2.75

    Pros
    • Suasana kerja yang menyenangkan karena diisi oleh rekan-rekan kerja yang asyik dan sejalan. Bisa memperoleh banyak ilmu dan pengalaman baru saat bekerja di sini.
    Cons
    • Tingkat kesejahteraan staffnya masih terbilang kurang. Gaji dan tunjangannya terbilang rendah jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan kompetitor. Belum ada sistem yang baik untuk mengevaluasi kinerja staffnya.
