DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Oversee, and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of work, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Experience working with, and complete knowledge of HVAC systems, electric, plumbing and other normal building systems.
  • Conducting and assigning regular preventive maintenance.
  • Working with various vendors to order and secure parts and labor.
 
Job Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree, specializing in Technique or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years related experience as a Chief Engineer (handle Mechanical & Electrical).
  • Preferably proven track records in ‘grade A’ office leasing in Jakarta.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is advantageous.
